模头风环质量的好坏，直接关系到制品的质量，尤其对薄膜的厚薄误差及光学性能影响很大。本公司生产的模头全部采用40C钢材料，经多次热处理精心加工而成。
螺旋体在进口四轴联动加工中心加工，保证了模具的精度和各螺旋流道的分料均匀性，机头各流道精心研磨抛光后镀硬铬，增加了磨头的耐磨性和抗腐蚀性。
本公司生产的旋转机头均为360度连续旋转，平稳，无泄漏，安全可靠。
风环采用德国进口技术加工而成的，风环内有主风道和负风道，风量视物料种类和薄膜厚度灵活调节。

making of the cooling air ring.All
the extrusion hek are made of 40 Cr
steel under gone thermal treatment
for many times.
The spiral parts are machined in the center of
imported four spindle gear
processing unit,which accures the
precision of themould and
theevenness of the flow in the
spiral runners.The runners of the
extrusion heads are meticulously
polished and plated and corrosion
resistant.
The
revolving heads manufactured by our
company are all360 continuous
revolving type,smooth and
even,without any leakage,and
therefore reliable.
The cooling air rings are all doubletunnel negative
pressure wind rings machined by the
technique from Germany,The wind
quantity in the wind ring can b e
adjusted agily in accordance with
the kinds of materials and the
thinness of the thin film products.
