本公司生产的塑料挤出机具有高产出、低能耗、塑化好的优点，是塑料挤出的理想设备。螺杆、机筒均采用38CrmoALA制造，经特殊硬化处理，具有良好的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性。本挤出机主动力采用进口日本安川变频控制，也可采用进口直流控制器控制，其先进性和稳定性均居国内领先水平。本挤出机采用齿轮箱和皮带轮二级轮变速，增大了挤出机的扭矩负荷能力。
配有快速换网装置，减轻了操作人员的劳动强度，减少了停机换网的时间。机身加热采用先进的铸铝加热；热效率高，使用寿命长，机身冷却采用风冷式冷却，温度自动控制。
These machines have the advantages of high output,low energy-consumption,and excellent plastification.They are ideal equipment for plastic extrusion.
The screws.and cylinders of the machines are all made of 38 CrMoALA treated with special hardening so as to be corrosion resistant and abrasion resistant.
The active force ot the extruders is controlled by frequency convertor from Anchuan,Japan importation and stability.The extruders adopt the gear box and best driven two-order change gear.As a result,the torque load of the extruders is increased.
The machines are equipped with quich-speed change-net devices which can reduce the labour intensity of the operators and decrease the time for stopping the machine to change nets.The machine body is warmed by the advanced cast aluminium warming which is more thermal efficient and can lengthen the life of the machines.
The cooling of the machine bodies is done by ventilation and the temperature is altomatically con-Trolled.
